We welcome enquiries from dental practices and healthcare customers across Europe, including Hungary. European orders currently require a delivery quote before payment. Please email sales@falconstars.co.uk with your product references, quantities, delivery country and postcode, and whether you are ordering for a business.
Where a suitable prepaid service is available for your destination and order, we will quote the delivery cost together with import VAT, customs duty and handling charges. Your written quote will clearly state what is included before you pay. Availability depends on the destination, order value, customer type and shipping service.
Prepaid import charges are not available for every delivery option. Where we offer a recipient-pays service, your quote will clearly explain that you must pay any import VAT and customs duty requested by the carrier or customs authority before your parcel is released. These charges are additional to the amount you pay us. We will also explain any applicable handling charges and who pays them before you confirm the order.
If you prefer a single price including import charges, please ask us to check an alternative courier. We will confirm availability and cost before accepting payment.
A postage price alone does not include import taxes or customs charges. We confirm the delivery terms for each European order and will not change an agreed prepaid delivery to recipient-pays without your agreement.
