Purpose and Scope

Falcon Stars Group Ltd aims to treat people fairly and with dignity in employment, contracting, customer service and supplier relationships. This policy applies to the director and anyone working for or on behalf of the company.

Fair Treatment

We will not tolerate unlawful discrimination, harassment or victimisation. Decisions must be based on relevant skills, capability and objective business needs. We respect the protections provided by the Equality Act 2010 in relation to age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation, as applicable to the circumstances.

Putting the Policy into Practice

Recruitment, pay, development and working arrangements, where applicable, will use fair and relevant criteria. We will consider reasonable adjustments for disabled applicants, workers and customers and discuss access or communication needs respectfully. We will take reasonable steps to prevent harassment, including sexual harassment, and address inappropriate behaviour by people acting for the company or encountered through its business relationships.

Reporting a Concern

Raise a concern or an adjustment request with the Managing Director at adnan@falconstars.co.uk. Explain the issue and the support or outcome sought; provide only necessary personal information. Concerns will be considered promptly, sensitively and impartially. We will protect information on a need-to-know basis and will not tolerate retaliation against someone raising a genuine concern or assisting an investigation.

Responsibility and Improvement

The Managing Director is responsible for this policy, relevant guidance and proportionate action. Where a complaint involves the Managing Director, independent advice or external resolution may be appropriate. Outcomes may include changes to working practices, corrective action or action under contractual arrangements. This policy does not prevent anyone from seeking advice or exercising statutory rights. We will review concerns and feedback to improve fair treatment as the business develops.
