CE Marking
CE marking indicates that a product meets the applicable requirements of the relevant European legislation, following the required conformity assessment. It is the manufacturer’s declaration of conformity, not an endorsement by a government body.

UKCA Marking
UKCA is a product conformity marking for Great Britain. Where applicable, it indicates that the required UK conformity assessment has been completed. Medical devices may also follow recognised CE routes under the applicable transitional arrangements.
The symbol here explains the marking; it does not mean every product in our catalogue carries UKCA marking. We confirm the applicable route and evidence for each product before release for sale.

Falcon Stars supplies products as a distributor. The original manufacturer’s labels, packaging and instructions remain with the instruments. Our branded outer boxes provide shipping protection.
Conformity evidence relates to a defined manufacturer, product and regulatory route. A manufacturer’s declaration or certificate does not automatically cover every product or variant in our advertised range. Before a product is released for sale, its identity, applicable marking, supporting documentation and supply requirements must be confirmed.
