Quality Policy

Falcon Stars Healthcare is committed to the controlled, lawful and dependable importation, sale and distribution of medical devices. This policy reflects the organisation’s purpose, context and strategic direction, provides a framework for setting and reviewing quality objectives, and supports fulfilment of customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Understand customer requirements before making commitments;
• Select, approve and monitor manufacturers, suppliers and outsourced providers using evidence-based controls;
• Maintain product identification, verification, release, traceability and preservation appropriate to the products supplied;
• Protect product conformity and customer interests when warehousing and logistics are outsourced;
• Make honest, ethical and evidence-based decisions and maintain accurate records;
• Identify and address risks, pursue appropriate opportunities and plan changes;
• Maintain competence, suitable resources and clear responsibilities;
• Set, monitor and review measurable quality objectives aligned with this policy;
• Monitor performance, investigate problems and continually improve the effectiveness of the QMS.

The Managing Director is accountable for this policy. It is maintained as controlled documented information, communicated and applied within the organisation, and made available to relevant interested parties as appropriate. It is reviewed at least annually and whenever significant change occurs to confirm its continuing suitability.
