Statement of Intent

Falcon Stars Group Ltd will manage work so that risks to health, safety and welfare are reduced so far as reasonably practicable. This policy covers the director, anyone working for the company, visitors and others affected by its activities. We will provide suitable information, instruction and resources proportionate to the work.

Responsibilities and Working Arrangements

The Managing Director has overall responsibility for assessing risks, arranging controls and reviewing incidents. Anyone working for the company must follow relevant safety instructions, take reasonable care and report hazards. Competent external advice will be obtained when needed. Our Regus office at Blythe Valley Business Park is used for sales and administration; it is not a storage, packing or dispatch site.

Practical Controls

Before new activities start, and when circumstances change, the Managing Director will assess relevant hazards and record necessary actions. Office and homeworking checks will consider workstations, electrical equipment, slips and trips, welfare, workload and work-related stress. Business travel, lone working and any manual handling will be planned with suitable precautions. Unsafe work must stop until the risk is controlled.

Premises and Emergencies

We will coordinate with the serviced-office provider on fire precautions, evacuation, first-aid arrangements and shared-premises hazards. People using the office must know the local emergency instructions and keep escape routes clear. In an emergency, contact the emergency services as appropriate and follow building instructions. Suppliers and any appointed logistics providers remain responsible for their own safe systems; their suitability will be assessed before relevant work is commissioned.

Reporting and Review

Report hazards, accidents and near misses promptly to the Managing Director at adnan@falconstars.co.uk. Incidents will be recorded and investigated proportionately, with actions assigned and checked. We will determine whether statutory reporting is required and ensure the responsible dutyholder makes any required report. Relevant workers will be consulted on risks and changes, and instructions updated when lessons or changes require it.

Document Control

Risk and change control: PR-002. Supplier and outsourced-provider control: PR-004.

Reviewed at least annually and following significant changes or relevant incidents. Initial issue: Version 1.0, 2 October 2026.
