1. About This Website

falconstars.co.uk is operated by Falcon Stars Group Ltd trading as Falcon Stars Healthcare. Our operating office is Regus, Central Boulevard, Blythe Valley Business Park, Solihull, B90 8AG, United Kingdom. Our registered office is 22 Kilsby Grove, Solihull, B91 3XZ, United Kingdom. Contact info@falconstars.co.uk.

2. Enquiry Catalogue

The website presents healthcare instrument categories and product information for professional enquiries. It does not currently accept online orders or payments. Submitting an enquiry does not create an order, reserve stock or bind either party to a sale. Any supply requires confirmation of the product, specification, availability, applicable requirements and separately agreed commercial terms.

3. Product Information and Images

We aim to keep information accurate and current. Descriptions, catalogue references and images must be read with the specific information supplied for the proposed product. Illustrative category images are not evidence of an exact product, pack contents, stock availability, sterility or regulatory status. Confirm these details with us before purchasing or relying on a product specification. Professional users must follow the instructions and intended purpose applicable to the actual product.

4. Quality and Certification

Certificates relate only to their named holder, standard, scope and validity period. A manufacturing partner’s certificate is not certification of Falcon Stars Group Ltd or every item displayed. Statements about Falcon Stars’ certification progress must not be read as a claim that certification has already been granted. The Quality page identifies the supporting evidence and current stated status.

5. Permitted Use

You may browse, download and share public information within your organisation for legitimate procurement, supplier assessment and business discussion, retaining source attribution and any document-control information. Do not alter certificates, signatures or controlled policies, misrepresent their status, reproduce our branding as your own, or use the website unlawfully. Other reproduction requires permission unless allowed by law.

6. Enquiries and Personal Information

Provide accurate information relevant to your enquiry and only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit patient records, confidential third-party information without authority, or malicious content. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. External Links and Availability

External sites are operated by their respective owners. A link does not mean that we control or endorse all their content. We may update or temporarily suspend website functions for maintenance or security. Contact us if information or a download is unavailable.

8. Responsibility and Liability

Website information is general business information and is not a substitute for product-specific documentation or professional clinical judgement. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Rights and responsibilities for an actual supply are governed by the applicable law and separately agreed contract. These website terms do not remove mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.

9. Changes and Governing Law

We may revise these website terms and will identify the effective date of a new approved issue. Changes do not retrospectively alter a separately agreed contract. These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections that apply to you.
