Falcon Stars Group Ltd | FSG-POL-LHR | Version 1.0
Effective: 2 October 2026 | Next review: 2 October 2027
Policy owner: Managing Director
Falcon Stars Group Ltd respects human dignity and supports fair working conditions in its own business and supply chain. This policy supplements our Modern Slavery and Ethical Sourcing Policy and applies to people acting for the company and the standards we expect of suppliers.
We prohibit forced or compulsory labour, trafficking, debt bondage and unlawful child labour. Work must be voluntary. Workers must retain control of their identity documents and be free to leave employment with lawful notice. Workers must not be charged recruitment fees to obtain work for our business. Suppliers are expected to prevent abusive recruitment and to meet applicable minimum-age requirements, with particular protection for young workers.
Workers must receive clear information about their work and pay, lawful wages and benefits, and legally required rest and working-time protections. We expect safe working conditions and prohibit abuse, threats, harassment and unlawful discrimination. We respect lawful freedom of association and collective bargaining and the right to raise concerns without retaliation.
The Managing Director will consider labour risks in supplier selection and review, taking account of geography, product, recruitment practices and available evidence. We will communicate our standards and request proportionate supporting information. Purchasing decisions should avoid unreasonable pressures that increase exploitation risks. A supplier assurance alone is not proof of compliance; identified concerns require assessment and follow-up.
Report actual or suspected exploitation to adnan@falconstars.co.uk, including any immediate danger. Reports may be anonymous where enough information is available to assess them. Information will be protected as far as reasonably possible, subject to safeguarding, legal and investigation needs. We will assess concerns promptly, seek appropriate advice, support proportionate corrective action and consider suspension or ending a relationship where necessary. Responses should consider the safety and welfare of affected workers. Immediate danger should be reported to emergency services.
